In collaboration with the European Projects Office of the Valencia City Council, the Jean Monnet Chair will develop the following activities:

  • The supervision of the process of adaptation of the PM2 methodology to the needs of the projects of the city council.
  • The application of PM2 in the management of the software development project that will allow a more efficient use of the PM2 methodology together with other project management tools.

This project will allow to the Jean Monnet Chair to obtain first-hand information on the practical application of the methodology, identifying those points where there are opportunities for improvement.
