Since January 2021, the Spanish translation of the PM² Guide Version 3.0 developed by the European Commission is available. The publication has been carried out by the Publications Service of the European Union and has been possible thanks to the close collaboration of a team of specialists in project management who have participated voluntarily. These have been:

  • ALCELAY LARRARTE Claudia
  • CAMPO ROS José Ángel
  • CASTRESANA VERGARA Christian
  • DE NICOLÁS DE NICOLAS Víctor Luis
  • DOMÍNGUEZ ORTEGA Juan Manuel (Leader)
  • LÓPEZ FERNÁNDEZ Eduardo
  • MADARIAGA Sara
  • MARTÍNEZ MONTES Germán (Leader)
  • MORENO ESCOBAR Begoña
  • MOYA COLORADO Agustín (Coordinator)
  • PAJARES GUTIÉRREZ Javier (Leader)
  • URBIZU BOULLOSA Juan Jesús
  • YAGÜE BLANCO José Luis (Leader)

It is clear that this Chair has participated very actively in the development of the translation work, as both the Academic Coordinator (Begoña Moreno) and the Chairholder (Germán Martínez) have been part of a panel of experts who have collaborated throughout the process from the beginning.

We also need to thank all the members of the CoEPM² Centre of Excellence of the European Commission for their collaboration and guidance. In particular we would like to mention:

  • VAN GAEVER Alain; Jefe de Sección
  • BERGHMANS Marc; Embajador de PM²
  • MICHELIOUDAKIS Elias; Consultor Senior

This publication is a success because it is the first full version available in a language other than the original (English). This reinforces and makes possible one of the main objectives of this Jean Monnet Chair and that is to be able to make the methodology known and increase its use not only in Europe but also in other countries. The Spanish language is the official language in practically all the countries of Central and South America.

The details of the publication are:

  • Metodología de gestión de proyectos PM² Versión 3.0

  • Doi: 10.2799/32757

It can be downloaded directly from the archive section of this website or from the Publications Office of the EU web
