The actions to be carried out within the Chair include training for both students and professionals and institutions. In the design for the first target group, the theoretical bases of project management have been taken into account.
For the second target group: professionals, entrepreneurs, institutions, etc., it is necessary to hold meetings with the stakeholders to adjust the content and teaching methodologies to the future users of the methodology. It is important a practical approach, always oriented to the immediate application of the possibilities offered by the Open PM2 methodology.
The Granada Chamber of Commerce is a valid interlocutor for these issues and several meetings have been held with the training and project management managers to design the best strategies. So, previously, an informative action and presentation of the methodology will be carried out in the terms that the Chamber of Commerce of Granada considers to be the best.
In this same action, the content and structure of the course will be presented. The course will be given to businessmen, professionals and institutions and will last at least forty-five hours (6 ECTS) and will include both the basic aspects of project management and the presentation of the structure and elements of the Open PM2 methodology.
