On Tuesday 15 February 2022 a Micro - Training will be given to students of the Master's Degree in Project Management of the University of Extremadura.
The activity has been organised by Prof. Justo García Sanz-Calcedo (UnEx) and the Jean Monnet Chair in order to disseminate the PM2 methodology and establish the essential bases of its application.
The aim of the event is basically the following
- Presentation of the Chair and its scope in terms of teaching, research and dissemination.
- The analysis and presentation of the general concepts of project management.
- The presentation of the PM2 methodology developed within the DIGIT of the European Commission.
- Brief notions on the Agile extension of PM2.
Thus, participants will not only learn about the main characteristics of the European Commission's PM2 methodology, but will also be able to compare it with other methodologies learnt throughout the Master's course. The development of PM2 has been based on best practices in project management and many of the characteristics of the most widely used project management methodologies worldwide.
The session has been planned in the form of a Google Meet session.
