I came across the PM2 methodology in 2016 while I was preparing the literature review on PM methodologies for an academic paper.

As Module Leader of the project “Social Entrepreneurship: the European Union Experience and Practices” (Erasmus+ Programm, Jean Monnet Module, 2018-2021), I developed the master course “Project Management for Social Entrepreneurship: the European Union Experience and Standards” and carried out the research project “European Project Management for Excellence in the Field of Social Entrepreneurship” based on the PM2 methodology.
Indicate the advantages that you would highlight from PM2.
The main advantages of the methodology are its’ openness and ease of use. While starting a project in the field of social entrepreneurship, one always needs to find out some means to control and engage people, lead change, enforce rules and regulations, and seek project efficiency. PM2can provide all needed manuals, templates and clear explanation of project processes and phases logics.
Indicate those aspects of the methodology that could be improved.
