The PM²-PgM programme management guide (the original in English) in the EU Library of the Publications Office. The artefacts (templates used by project managers to effectively manage their work on projects) will soon be available via the online PM² portal.
The PM2 methodology allows the use of a language and a way of managing projects common to all EU member states. The Ministry of Defence participates and leads projects in collaboration with other allies, for which having a common tool developed by the European Commission itself can be an advantage in terms of efficiency and operability.
The PM² Centre of Excellence (CoEPM²) is pleased to announce, with the support of ISA², the availability of the PM² Guide and Artefacts in Spanish.
Since January 2021, the Spanish translation of the PM² Guide Version 3.0 developed by the European Commission is available.
Do you already know that Open PM² is the Project Management Methodology of the European Commission? Are you interested in it? Do you need references to find more information about it and to intensify your knowledge? Would you like to hear more about it?
