Quality Management

The quality control and monitoring strategy foresees the establishment of Quality Control Group, development of contingency plan and preventive measures, implementation of external and quality assurance procedures:

  • The Quality control group (composed by the Chair Holder, the Academic Coordinator and one member of the university administrative staff) will be responsible for the implementation of procedures, and verification of the quality standards of the training activities, PM2 Talks and Research tasks. It will be responsible for the elaboration of the project contingency plan, which will include the measures and actions to be implemented in case of any problem or force majeure situations during the project lifetime.
  • Internal quality control procedures will include technical reports, timely completion of planned activities, quality assurance of the obtained deliverables and set objectives, measurement of indicators in accordance with the set criteria established by the Quality Control Group. As part of the internal quality control procedures, the academic coordination jointly will proceed to ensure an efficacious acquisition of teaching contents by the students through the recompilation of data obtained through questionnaires about the content. These questionnaires will be elaborated by the staff member for each teaching module and conducted throughout the virtual platform. In this regards to guarantee the quality of the implemented teaching methodologies, teacher evaluation surveys will be elaborated, launched and analysed. In addition, the project will measure the level of satisfaction of students and teaching staff members. These satisfaction questionnaires will be created by the Quality Control Group and they will be completed by each student and staff members that participated in the project activities.
  • External quality control group: to ensure the quality of the teaching, researching and additional events, the proposal will count with an external evaluator, who will be responsible for the assessments and revision of activities and deliverables. The external quality control group will be composed by one professor from another university and one experts from the private sector.

 

The obtained results from both internal and external quality procedures, will contribute to realize a more effective and constant monitoring of the project quality. The above described quality assurance and quality control procedures will contribute to the continuous development of the obtained results and these will be taken into consideration in order to elaborate a scientifically relevant feedback and continuous improvement.

A follow-up report of the project will be carried out annually. It will include the state of the project, the issues and the improvement opportunities.

This proposal will be managed as a project using the Open PM2 methodology framework in order to achieve the highest quality through all the project phases: initiation, planning, execution and closing.

In order to evaluate the quality of these activities, as stated in the Quality Plan, anonymous surveys were carried out on the participants who attended the different activities, using Google Form forms. 

The results of the different surveys have been summarised and included in the Quality Review Report 04 (the report is provided in English as it will be the language of the project audit team).

This report includes the monitoring and quality control of the following TRAINING activities:

  • Micro Training PM² - University of Jaén - January 2022.
  • Micro Training PM² - University of Extremadura - February 2022.
  • Micro Training Risk Management - Goberna Colombia - February 2022.


In order to evaluate the quality of these activities, as stated in the Quality Plan, anonymous surveys were carried out on the participants who attended the different activities, using Google Form forms. 

The results of the different surveys have been summarised and included in the Quality Review Report 02 (the report is provided in English as it will be the language of the project audit team).

Up to the date of this report, the following TEACHING activities have been carried out:

  • PM² Micro Training - EMACON - March 2021.
  • PM² Micro Training - Teaching Group Caminos (University of Granada) - April 2021
  • PM² Micro Training - Andalusia Public Universities - June 2021
  • PM² Basic Course - University of Granada Staff - June 2021

In order to assess the quality of these activities, as set out in the Quality Plan, anonymous surveys were carried out on the participants who attended the different activities, using Google Form forms.

For this purpose, one of the Micro Training activities carried out in the university environment, another for professionals outside the university environment and the basic PM2 course lasting 45 hours were selected.

The results of the different surveys carried out have been summarized and included in the  Quality Review Report 01
